On saint Patrick’s day or when Ireland are playing big sporting games my mam used to get a block of ice-cream and cut it in 3 and dye one bit green leave one white and dye the last one orange so we would have an irish flag ice cream! References : my mammy!! 😀

Corned beef and cabbage isn’t Irish at all. I’m not sure where that one came from. It’s actually bacon and cabbage but very few Irish people eat it. If you want some that would be considered traditional Irish then I would suggest an Irish stew, Brown soda bread and bread and butter pudding. References : Irish
