   The second last one caught my eye.

   Also, you could get little miniature leprechaun figures and place them around the edge at the top of the cake, as if the shamrocks in the middle are a fire and the leprechauns are dancing around it.

   Get some small heart shaped cake pans and bake the cakes in it. Put together three of the hearts for a clover, or four if you want a four leaf clover. Cover them however you wish, and then you can do the hat and rainbow thing on top if you want. Or a rainbow with a pot of gold..use the gold coin candies.
